Frequently Asked Questions

The Patent Flow database is updated on a weekly basis, ensuring you have the latest available data on National Phase filings, publications, and firm representations.
We aggregate data from the Indian Patent Office, WIPO Patentscope, and respective National & Regional Patent Offices.
If an applicant is not in the dropdown list, it means they either have no filings in our tracked date range, or they are stored under a different naming convention (e.g. using initials, a subsidiary, or a parent group entity name). Try searching broader keywords or known subsidiary names.
'NA' signifies that the specific data point was not available at the time of retrieval. This usually happens due to technical issues at the source database or because the information was not yet published when our systems synced.
Currently, platform access is granted by request to ensure high-quality onboarding. Please write to our team at [email protected] with your name and organization, and we will set up your workspace.
