This Agreement is governed by the national laws of India. By using this Website, you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the courts in Satara, Maharashtra in connection with any action arising under this Agreement.

Statute of Limitation: Any claim arising out of the use of the Website must be filed within one (1) year after such claim arose or be forever barred.

Class Action Waiver: YOU HEREBY IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO JOIN CLAIMS WITH OTHERS IN THE FORM OF A CLASS ACTION. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE ASSERTED INDIVIDUALLY.
